    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    1. Introduction

    This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs subscription cancellations, billing disputes, credits, refunds, and payments for services provided by Revelus.pro (“Revelus”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

    By purchasing, subscribing to, or using paid services, you agree to this Policy.

    2. Subscription Cancellation

    Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time through the account billing settings or other methods made available by Revelus.

    If a subscription is canceled:

    • Access to paid features will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
    • The subscription will not automatically renew for future billing periods.
    • Users may continue using available subscription benefits until the current subscription term expires.

    Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle users to a refund for the current billing period.

    3. Credits and Top-Up Purchases

    Revelus may offer prepaid credits, top-up purchases, or usage-based allocations for AI processing and related services.

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • Purchased credits have no cash value.
    • Credits are non-transferable.
    • Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
    • Credit purchases cannot be canceled once purchased.
    • Credit purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

    Unused credits may expire in accordance with the applicable subscription plan, promotional offer, or pricing terms.

    4. Refund Policy

    Payments made for subscriptions, top-up credits, AI processing services, or platform usage are generally non-refundable.

    Refund requests may be considered in limited circumstances, including:

    • Duplicate payments
    • Accidental charges
    • Billing errors
    • Incorrect charges resulting from a technical or system malfunction
    • Significant service failures that remain unresolved within a reasonable period

    Refund requests should generally be submitted within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

    Refund requests will be reviewed in good faith based on the circumstances of each case. Revelus reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

    5. Processing of Refunds

    If a refund is approved:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
    • Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.
    • Revelus is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

    6. Service Interruptions

    Temporary interruptions, maintenance activities, AI processing delays, infrastructure issues, third-party outages, or technical problems do not automatically qualify users for refunds.

    Refunds may be considered where paid services remain substantially unavailable for an extended period without reasonable resolution.

    7. Unauthorized Payments

    If you believe a payment was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately at support@revelus.pro.

    Revelus may investigate the matter and cooperate with payment providers, financial institutions, or law enforcement where appropriate.

    Unauthorized payment disputes may also be subject to the policies and procedures of the applicable payment provider, card issuer, bank, or financial institution.

    8. Subscription Pricing Changes

    Revelus may modify subscription pricing, credit pricing, or service fees from time to time.

    Any pricing changes will apply only to future billing periods and will not affect charges that have already been processed.

    Where required by applicable law, users will be notified of pricing changes before they take effect.

    9. Changes to This Policy

    Revelus may update or modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time.

    Updated versions will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.

    Continued use of paid services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
